Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Act as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflows.
• Implement and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
• Track project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in organizing company-wide initiatives, events, and process improvements.
• Maintain an organized, structured work environment for the team.
• Remove roadblocks and take on administrative tasks to support leadership and advisors.

Requirements

• Bring experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
