What You'll Do
- Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring successful execution at every stage.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary communication hub between account teams, production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.
- Maintain project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status updates, and project meetings.
- Track project budgets, monitor costs against approved purchase orders, and support financial reconciliation at project completion.
- Manage project scope changes, ensuring schedule and financial impacts are communicated to internal teams and customers.
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and adherence to workplace safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Business Communications, or a related role.
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, or production control.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and MRP systems.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in a design-to-build manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, logistics, and cross-functional production processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
