Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and optimistic Project Manager who thrives as the go-to person people rely on. You take ownership, bring clarity, connect teams, and keep momentum so nothing falls through the cracks. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional projects from concept through delivery within a design-to-build manufacturing environment, serving as the central point of coordination between account directors, production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards while balancing customer expectations, critical timelines, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Function as the hub of internal communications throughout the life of a project.
• Collaborate with internal partners (account team, project coordinators, production planners, etc.) to create project plans and timelines; engage resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to provide strategic solutions for clients.
• Manage client, account team, and internal stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating daily status updates and facilitating meetings.
• Track and monitor project budgets based on client-approved purchase orders and reconcile at project completion.
• Track client change requests/requirements, ensuring the timing and financial impact is communicated to the account team and the client (if needed).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management.
• Experience in material or production planning, supply chain planning, production control, inventory, or warehouse management.
