Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initial concept through final delivery
- Function as the hub of internal communications throughout the life of a project
- Collaborate with internal partners (account team, project coordinators, production planners, etc.) to create project plans and timelines; engage resources and ensure on time delivery
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks and collaborate with SMEs to provide strategic solutions for our clients
- Manage client, account team and internal stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating daily status updates, facilitating meetings, etc.
- Track and monitor project budgets based on the client approved purchase order and reconciling at project completion
- Foster a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
- Follows all safety and workplace policies
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations
