About the role

We are seeking an organized, high-energy Project Manager to lead diverse, high-impact technology-driven projects—from launching new payment features to refining internal business processes and executing major strategic shifts. You will act as the connective tissue of the company, ensuring technical, financial, and operational goals move forward in harmony.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle of multiple initiatives, including software launches, technical migrations, strategic business shifts, and internal process improvements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Identify and optimize slow or redundant internal workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and facilitate decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable value by keeping business objectives front of mind.
  • Maintain core project management discipline, balancing scope, schedules, and risk mitigation.
  • Switch seamlessly between technical updates and high-level strategic planning.
  • Communicate complex goals in simple, actionable steps for cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace to maintain visibility of timelines and tasks.
  • Demonstrate remote-first discipline, keeping teams productive and motivated in a remote or hybrid environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience managing both technical projects (e.g., software updates) and non-technical projects (e.g., company-wide tools or workflows).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
  • Experience in fintech or the payments industry is highly preferred.
  • PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Education Assistance
  • Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave
  • Mental Health Support & Well-Being Program
  • Company-funded Lifestyle Spending Account

Pay

Base salary range: $80,000–$120,000. Pay varies by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
