Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating clear & attainable project objectives, building out project requirements & managing the associated constraints of the project including cost, time, scope & quality
- Provide planning & resource scheduling. This will include tracking the team workload and communicating bottlenecks & resource availability proactively
- Follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments
- Provide risk & issue management, spot & minimize potential project risks and/or issues that might delay the project completion
- Responsible for scope management, including both internal & external communication
- Work in a blended environment of waterfall, Agile and hybrid across customers with Project Management tools (Jira, MS Project, Mavenlink)
- Create & maintain project documentation that is the single source of truth about a project to keep teams aligned & informed
- Provide hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, launch & post launch phases
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of demonstrated success as a Project Manager
- Experience working within the software industry
- Start up or high growth experience highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, spotlight benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction
- Strong problem solver with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports to push the solution & progress
