Where You’ll Work… This role is based in the Milwaukee area and works closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, timelines matter, and strong coordination across teams is essential to success. What You’ll Do… As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery. This role is responsible for driving structure, accountability, and progress across projects, not just tracking timelines. Leading projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business objectives and customer expectationsDeveloping and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesActing as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and FinanceAligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expectationsMonitoring project progress and ensuring execution stays on trackIdentifying and managing risks, issues, and dependenciesCommunicating project status, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadershipDriving accountability for execution and milestone deliverySupporting standardized project management processes, tools, and best practicesLeading project teams without direct authority to deliver results Why You’ll Be Successful… You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
