Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Cook up cross-functional technology and business teams to successfully deliver digital campaigns, website updates, and email-related initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while maintaining clear visibility through tracking tools such as Jira.
• Create and maintain Agile user stories, requirements documentation, status reports, meeting recaps, and delivery trackers.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, translate technical concepts for business audiences, and serve as a proactive point of contact across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and implement repeatable efficiencies across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, digital delivery, or similar environment.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to proactively manage relationships and provide clear project updates.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital marketing, eCommerce, promotional campaigns, email production, CMS platforms, or similar technology environments is preferred.
