Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit.
- Identifies and manages potential scope creep / out-of-scope.
- Works with Client Success Managers to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project.
- Works with Implementation Leads to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member.
- Maintains implementation related data in Salesforce.
- Affords assistance with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external.
- Prepares and presents applicable client / project status reports, such as implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports, etc.
- Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
- Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field.
- 3+ years of previous technical project management experience for Project Manager.
- Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required.
- Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required.
- Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred.
- JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
