Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, scope, and key deliverables.
- Cook up project resources, assign responsibilities, and support team development through coaching and collaboration.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while communicating project status to leadership.
- Create testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Create rollout plans and support implementation activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare project reporting, performance metrics, and executive-level presentations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions that support business goals.
- Ensure established project management methodologies, governance standards, and systems development processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and project metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex reporting and data analysis.
- Experience supporting contingent workforce or vendor management programs.
- Prioritizing project budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and resources.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and business audiences.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology and business application solutions across complex, multi-platform environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience working with enterprise vendor management systems.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
