Project Manager

Job Summary

- Plans and organizes electrical construction projects. - Ensures projects are completed on time and within quality standards. - Visits construction sites and interacts with various stakeholders. - Reviews and approves estimates with estimators. - Contacts vendors for materials. - Processes project paperwork. - Promotes a safe working environment. - Participates in performance evaluations. - Maintains employee relations.

Qualifications

- 3 or more years' experience in PM roles managing construction/electrical projects. - Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC). - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred. - Experience with Accubid. - Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). - Strong mathematical skills. - Effective communication and document analysis abilities. - Successful completion of pre-employment background and MVR checks, and drug tests as required by federal or client contracts, or DOT policy.
