About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to guide complex technology efforts from planning through completion. This opportunity is well suited for a confident project leader who can bring structure to competing priorities, build strong partnerships across technical and business teams, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of technology projects across their full lifecycle, establishing the framework needed to deliver quality results within agreed-upon parameters.
- Translate project objectives into practical delivery roadmaps, coordinating schedules, milestones, workstreams, and dependencies.
- Bring together internal stakeholders, technology resources, and external partners to maintain alignment and remove obstacles to progress.
- Continuously evaluate project health, escalating emerging concerns and putting corrective actions in place before issues affect delivery.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, and other leadership communications that provide visibility into progress, challenges, and decisions.
- Drive teams to successfully introduce technology changes that support broader business priorities.
- Promote consistent project management practices, aligning with guidance from the Project Management Office (PMO).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing IT initiatives from initial planning through final delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Success organizing complex projects, establishing priorities, and maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership.
- Knowledge of established project delivery approaches, project management methodologies, and related planning tools.
