About the role

This Project Manager oversees all phases of netting installation projects from planning through final inspection. They coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of projects from initial planning to final inspection.
  • Coordinate site evaluations, measurements, and product specifications with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Cook up installation crews, delivery timelines, subcontractors, and equipment rental.
  • Track project budgets and material costs.
  • Generate and manage change orders as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Review project installations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all projects meet local codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design, fabrication, logistics, and field installation teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, permits, progress photos, and site notes.
  • Provide weekly status reports to leadership and clients.
  • Proactively address project challenges such as site delays, material shortages, or weather disruptions.
  • Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Project Coordination & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan timelines, and keep crews, materials, and milestones on track.
  • Construction & Site Knowledge: Familiarity with construction practices, site plans, and safety regulations.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Experience tracking budgets, managing change orders, and finding cost-efficient solutions without sacrificing quality.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Quick decision-making under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing conditions like weather, delays, or site issues.
