Responsibilities

• Own the development of comprehensive project plans, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Monitor and report on progress throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring projects launch on time and within scope.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments early in the engagement. Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical hurdles, or scope creep, and implement mitigation strategies before they impact the timeline.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather, confirm, and document business and technical requirements. Define the implementation scope, map out configuration workflows, and allocate internal resources effectively.
• Serve as the central hub between the client and internal teams. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support and Customer Success to escalate technical bugs, advocate for client feature requests, and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Guide client stakeholders—from IT admins to C-suite executives—through change management, driving platform adoption and keeping them accountable to their implementation responsibilities.
• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at scaling, automating, and standardizing onboarding methodologies to reduce onboarding cycle times.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically onboarding B2B SaaS solutions or enterprise software.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., GuideCX, Clickup, Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management frameworks (PMP or CSM certifications are preferred).

• An Exceptional Communicator: Elite written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Can translate complex technical SaaS concepts into plain English for non-technical users, and vice versa.
• A Master of Prioritization: High-velocity environments energize you. Have bulletproof time-management skills and a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level implementations without letting balls drop.
• A Diplomatic Leader: Strong, empathetic leader who can command a room. Know how to influence without authority, keeping both internal developers and external client champions aligned and moving toward milestones.
• A Proactive Problem Solver: Self-starter who looks at a broken process or a delayed launch as a puzzle to solve creatively.
• A Team Player: Collaborative mindset, actively sharing best practices, templates, and lessons learned to elevate the entire Implementation team.
