Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be a vital member of Murphy’s Construction Operations team. You will help build our company’s portfolio by utilizing your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough completion of projects for Murphy Company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews to meet the customer's schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow
• Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan
• Represent Murphy Company at all meetings with General Contractors, engineers, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience supervising and running construction projects
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Excells at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting
• Experience with construction project management software

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
