Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' related experience for our Kansas City studio location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning and initiation including defining clear project scope with clients and mitigating project risks
• Lead and support team by delegating tasks and resolving conflicts professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Maintain design intent and manage profitability of projects
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Requirements

• Professional degree in architecture
• Professional architecture license
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
• Experience working with high-design projects
• Proficiency with Revit 2025
• Strong skills in communication, design, consultant coordination, construction administration, and drawing
• Able to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase
