About the role
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' related experience for our Kansas City studio location.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project planning and initiation including defining clear project scope with clients and mitigating project risks
- Lead and support team by delegating tasks and resolving conflicts professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain design intent and manage profitability of projects
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Requirements
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional architecture license
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience
- Experience working with high-design projects
- Proficiency with Revit 2025
- Strong skills in communication, design, consultant coordination, construction administration, and drawing
- Able to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase
