Overview What we’re looking for: A Project Manager to join our Consumer Brands team in New York City Who we’re looking for: This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives on bringing order to complexity and working on high-profile consumer brands that your friends and family will recognize and be excited to hear about. You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and help bring campaigns from idea to execution—on time and on budget. The right candidate is equal parts organizer, communicator, and problem-solver. You’ll keep teams aligned, drive accountability against timelines, maintain visibility into what’s coming next, and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery. Responsibilities Demonstrates disciplined use of project management best practices through direct ownership and execution, not just oversight.Create and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, status reports and documentation.Coordinate work across cross-functional teams, ensuring the right resources are engaged and deliverables stay on track.Maintain visibility into project status, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks and resource needs across multiple concurrent workstreams.Keep teams accountable to key deliverables, timelines and commitments while proactively finding and resolving roadblocks.Partners with Account and functional leads to align scope, staffing plans, budgets and timelines. .Support project scoping, estimates, statements of work and resource planning efforts.Track budgets and project financials to support successful delivery and overall account health.Drive clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders through status updates, meeting recaps and documentation.Lead project retrospectives and apply learnings to improve future ways of working. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management within an integrated agency environment.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across cross-functional teams.Understanding of project management fundamentals and financial trackingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented and effective in a fast-paced environment.Proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs, solve problems and hold themselves and others accountable.Experience with project management tools and platforms. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
