We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for each section that has content. Use
  • for lists,

for prose. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Additional Information" note about recruitment partners and EEO etc. Keep substantive info: mission description, job description, schedule, accountabilities (list), qualifications (required knowledge/experience, preferred, education). Also maybe "Schedule" section. Also maybe "Benefits" not present, so omit. "Pay" not present. So sections: About the role? The posting includes a description of MCG and then "Job Description". Could treat "About the role" as the job description paragraph. Could also have "Responsibilities" as the accountabilities list. Could have "Qualifications" for required knowledge/experience etc. Could have "Skills" maybe not separate. Could have "Education" as part of qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we need to map content. We have: - Mission Critical Group description (intro). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" usually describes the role, not company. But we have a paragraph describing the role: "The Project Manager leads complex, engineered-to-order projects from kickoff through delivery..." That's the job description. Could put that under

    About the role

    with

. - Schedule: given explicitly: "Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm". So

    Schedule

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

. - Accountabilities: list of duties. Could be under

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. - Qualifications: required knowledge/experience, preferred, education. Could be under

      Qualifications

with maybe sub-sections? But we only allowed headings from list; we could still put all qualifications under one Qualifications heading, using

      for prose and

      • for lists. Could separate required vs preferred using

        or maybe

with headings inside? Simpler: put all qualification statements in a
          • list. - Skills: not explicitly separate; could be omitted if no specific skills list beyond qualifications. The qualifications include skills like ERP, scheduling tools, leadership, communication, analytical, etc. Could treat as part of Qualifications. So we may not need separate Skills heading. - Benefits, Pay: not present, omit. - Requirements: maybe same as Qualifications? But we have Qualifications heading; we could also have Requirements heading for required knowledge/experience. But we should avoid duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. Thus sections: About the role, Schedule, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any detail from the posting (except boilerplate). So we need to include all bullet points from Accountabilities, all qualifications details, etc. Let's extract the content. First, intro paragraph about MCG: "Mission Critical Group (MCG) is an end-to-end power systems and solutions provider that accelerates time-to-power and delivers scalable, resilient infrastructure for mission critical environments. By integrating engineering, manufacturing, modular deployment, and lifecycle services under one platform, we streamline execution and bring complex projects online faster - without compromising performance. With a robust U.S. manufacturing network, MCG supports data centers, power generation, healthcare, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and industrial facilities where uptime is non-negotiable. Mission Critical Group designs, manufactures and provides value-added services for customers requiring critical power solutions. Powering a new electric world for a brighter, more secure future." That's substantive; we can include under About the role? Might be better as "About the company" but not in allowed headings. However we could still put under About the role as it's describing the role's context. The instruction: use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't forbid using About the role for company description. So we can put that intro under About the role. Then job description paragraph: "The Project Manager leads complex, engineered-to-order projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. This role is accountable for the full project lifecycle, working cross-functionally across engineering, operations, supply chain, and field service to deliver solutions that meet customer and contract requirements. The Project Manager drives operational discipline through our Business Management System (BMS) and manages stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and team coordination throughout the project." We could also include that under About the role as well, maybe combine. Better: About the role includes both company overview and role summary. But we need to preserve all info; we can put them in separate

under same heading. Then Schedule: as given. Then Responsibilities: list all accountabilities bullet points. Let's list them exactly: - Own the schedule, scope, budget, and risk from start to finish. - Review contract documents, specifications, and scope of work at project kickoff to establish baseline requirements and identify risks or exceptions. - Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and contract requirements. - Lead project kickoff meetings and align cross-functional teams. - Track progress using ERP and Master Production Schedule tools; drive corrective actions when needed. - Manage procurement readiness, production, testing, and shipping to meet milestones. - Manage scope, cost, and design changes through formal change order processes, including customer notification, internal alignment, and contract documentation. - Coordinate factory acceptance test (FAT) scheduling and logistics, including customer notifications, documentation packages, and pre-FAT alignment with production and quality teams. - Act as the primary customer contact, providing proactive updates on progress, risks, and next steps. - Build strong, trust-based relationships by anticipating customer needs and driving responsiveness. - Collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and service to resolve issues quickly. - Identify and mitigate risks early; escalate issues impacting delivery or cost. - Partner with Finance to ensure billing milestones are tracked, revenue recognition inputs are accurate, and project cost exposure is monitored throughout the lifecycle. - Ensure documentation meets ISO 9001 and MCG Project Management Framework standards. - Partner with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to resolve warranty and quality concerns. - Foster collaboration and accountability across teams without direct authority. - Share best practices and contribute to the development of the broader PM team. - Perform other duties as assigned. Now Qualifications: Required Knowledge / Experience: - 2+ years of experience managing complex, engineered-to-order manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery. - Industry experience in oil and gas, marine, electrical equipment, or critical power environments. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably IFS), scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera), and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI). - Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk in a manufacturing setting. - Ability to manage complex, high value; strategic accounts; liquidated damages exposure - Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with experience providing project updates to customers and senior leadership. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred: - Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field. - Education PMP candidacy within 18-24 months of hire. Wait: The "Education" heading appears after Preferred? Actually the posting shows: Preferred Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field. Education PMP candidacy within 18-24 months of hire. So we have three items: Preferred training, Bachelor's degree, PMP candidacy. We need to preserve all. Thus under Qualifications heading we can have two sub-lists: Required Knowledge/Experience and Preferred Qualifications (including education). But we cannot add extra headings not in list? We could still use

to label them. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid using

for labels inside a section. So we can have

              Required Knowledge / Experience:

              then
                ..., then

                Preferred:

                then
... Thus we preserve all. Now we must remove boilerplate: "Additional Information A Note to our Recruitment Partners: ..." and EEO statements. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove "Job ID / requisition numbers as headings" none. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
