About the role
Mikron Automation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of customer projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical activities to meet project requirements and budget
- Review and approve mechanical engineering documentation
- Manage supplier relationships and equipment buy-offs
- Support validation and testing processes
- Coordinate project activities and troubleshoot issues
- Lead project meetings and internal acceptance tests
- Estimate costs and deliverables
- Work with various departments and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a lead position in the Automation industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage suppliers and oversee project timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDM/PLM software
- Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Experience with industrial automation and software tools
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
Qualifications
- Passport eligibility for international travel
