Project Manager

About the role

Mikron Automation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of customer projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical activities to meet project requirements and budget
• Review and approve mechanical engineering documentation
• Manage supplier relationships and equipment buy-offs
• Support validation and testing processes
• Coordinate project activities and troubleshoot issues
• Lead project meetings and internal acceptance tests
• Estimate costs and deliverables
• Work with various departments and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in a lead position in the Automation industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage suppliers and oversee project timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDM/PLM software
• Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Experience with industrial automation and software tools
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours

$115,000 - $150,000 per year
