Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Mentor project engineers and support project teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor in sectors such as Automotive, Office, Education, Entertainment, Restaurants, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial, and Retail.
- Proven experience managing projects within several of the following sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Pay
$100,000-$120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience). Performance-based bonus opportunities.
