About Our Client

Our client is an established construction management and general contracting organization serving commercial clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The company specializes in construction management, preconstruction services, general contracting, and owner representation, with experience supporting corporate, higher education, laboratory, and life sciences projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from contract review through project completion.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and execution plans.
• Partner closely with site superintendents to monitor project progress and performance.
• Track progress against target schedules and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple project priorities and relationships simultaneously.
• Ensure project objectives related to schedule, cost, and client satisfaction are achieved.
• Maintain strong project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Background working on commercial, corporate, institutional, laboratory, or similar projects.
• Experience with a larger construction firm is preferred.
