About the role

Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Project Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will support strategic initiatives across the organization by leading projects from concept through execution. This is a unique opportunity to help build Medsien's project management function while partnering with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and other departments.

You will develop project plans from the ground up, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive accountability, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges before they arise. You enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, thinking beyond the immediate task, and connecting the dots across teams to achieve shared organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys solving problems, and can balance day-to-day execution with a strategic, big-picture mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through execution, supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Develop project plans from the ground up, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, driving accountability and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and other departments.
• Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track.
• Bring structure to complex initiatives and connect the dots across teams to achieve shared organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently.
• A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is preferred but not required.
