Project Manager

About the role

Lead customer projects from sales order entry through shipment. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle — schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead communication between design, procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
• Track budgets with Engineering and Purchasing; report variances.
• Serve as the main customer liaison, handle change requests, and provide regular updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee final product delivery readiness and coordinate shipments or installations.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP systems, CAD, MS Project, and Gantt chart tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Professional Communication, or related field.
• PMP certification with relevant experience.
• Technical degree with 3+ years’ related experience.
• Understanding of electrical protection and control systems.
