This role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams, helping to ensure projects remain on schedule, documentation requirements are met, and customer expectations are exceeded. The Project Manager will coordinate with production, engineering, quality, sales, and customers to manage project timelines, documentation milestones, inspections, and order fulfillment activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, project execution, manufacturing coordination, and process discipline in a fast-paced environment. This position is part of the V-Cone Project Team located in Hemet, California and will be hybrid. In this role, a typical day will look like: Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while balancing quality, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Coordinate documentation requirements and customer deliverables to support production and shipping schedules. Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and manage sales order entry within the ERP system. Generate production work instructions and support bill-of-material reviews and updates. Coordinate inspections, project schedules, and internal resources to meet customer commitments. Update technical and project documentation based on customer feedback and project changes. Maintain V-Cone project documentation, approval records, job books, and document archives. Ensuring the final invoicing is submitted to finalize the project. The essential requirements of the job include: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, construction, operations, or project management environment. Experience managing multiple customer-facing projects or programs simultaneously. Experience working with ERP systems for order management, project tracking, or production coordination. Experience coordinating documentation, schedules, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment in Hemet, California. Responsible for providing a daily project-status update during management meetings. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
