About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale custom packaging equipment projects from kickoff through final delivery. You'll partner with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to keep projects moving, solve problems before they become issues, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple custom-engineered equipment projects simultaneously
• Own project schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Cook up project coordination between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field service teams
• Manage scope changes, change orders, and project documentation
• Drive project execution while balancing quality, cost, and schedule
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions
• Mentor fellow project managers and help improve project management best practices

Requirements

• Professional degree in chosen discipline or equivalent experience, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Experience managing customer-facing projects from kickoff through completion
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay

Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 depending upon experience.
