Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will be a central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking ownership from initial client brief to final delivery. Your work will ensure a high level of service, and you will be continually cultivating a relationship based on trust and close collaboration with the client. This role offers a dynamic and engaging experience with a variety of projects, working independently yet collaboratively with a diverse team of experts.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate those to well-defined projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Scope and estimate new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities
• Understand technical requirements and how these impact a project (risk, possibilities, etc.)
• Track project expenses, manage budgets, and contribute to accurate project forecasting
• Provide regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize project management processes
• Proactively identify and scope new project opportunities with existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Team

You will collaborate with a network of Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You'll report to the Account Lead, who will provide guidance and support through regular meetings to discuss projects and explore new opportunities. Our flat organizational structure promotes a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology
• Experience working with various marketing platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or Braze
• Ability to speak “tech language” and experience working alongside developers and architects to translate vision into buildable solutions
• Ideally some experience with Agentic AI, Digital Coworkers, and modern automated workflow environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities
• Fluency in English
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint
