Project Manager

About the role

Manafort Brothers Incorporated is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers for its Plainville, CT, Cumberland, RI, and Fort Washington, PA offices, as well as for its subsidiaries Manafort- Precision, LLC and Manafort Transit, LLC in MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects valued in excess of $10M
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience working as a project manager on projects valued in excess of $10M
• A four year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction
• Effective management techniques
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
