Your Contribution
- Drive programs from acquisition to launch
- Develop, coordinate, and implement project plan
- Initiate all necessary support activities for the rest of the Product Life Cycle
- Manage significant changes for products already in production
- Provide functional leadership of the project team (motivate and convince team members to meet overall target of the project)
- Coordinate project team activities
- Organize and execute the Project Plan
- Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure right and sufficient resources through team staffing
- Manage risks and opportunities
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and production plants
- Manage project changes and deviations
- Control the budget on a daily basis
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience
- Automotive industry experience
- Background in HVAC / Thermal products and processes (strong plus)
- Experience working in a global business with remote teams (plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Background in manufacturing
