Project Manager

About the Role

A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (DOE) to lead mid-to-large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects throughout the region. The successful candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a particular focus on government and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from award through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and manpower planning.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations with field teams.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Government and/or healthcare project experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
