What You'll Do
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Manage teams, consultants, schedules, and budgets
- Serve as a key client contact and support business development
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio leadership
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Certifications/Licenses: Architect, PMP, or CAPM preferred
- Experience managing hospitality, hotel, or casino projects is preferred
- Strong Budgeting, Scheduling, and Organizational skills
- Experience coordinating stakeholders
- Solid understanding of codes, construction, and delivery
