Project Manager

About the role

Ludvik Electric Co., headquartered in Lakewood, CO with satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT, has completed projects across the United States and internationally. We are a premier electrical contractor with over $2 billion in installations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage industrial projects, ensuring effective communication, budgeting, project management, and project planning on a daily basis.
• Lead teams on projects, completing three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• Evaluate and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Show demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Requirements

• Six years of documented work in electrical industrial construction with at least 4 years of prior supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities, and expectations as it applies to size and type of construction project.
• Strong initiative, good attitude, effective communicator, team player.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in electrical industrial construction.
• Experience leading teams on projects.
• Completed three or more projects from start-up to completion as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation standards.

Pay

$110,000 to $150,000 Annual Salary*
Note: The pay rate is the good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this job posting. Ludvik Electric Co. reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate if they believe the new range is determined in good faith.
