About the role

The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develops design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Manages project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Conducts site visits and research to inform design decisions.
• Prepares and presents design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
