About the Role
Logoplaste is seeking a Project Manager to join the team in Inwood, WV. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables; revise work plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Identify clear objectives, resources, and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage due dates for tasks and promote action plans to keep projects on track.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
- Apply ILab methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize exposure and risk on projects.
- Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
- Gather information proactively to propose alternatives and make decisions, even if controversial.
- Participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Travel as required for client meetings, plant support, or supplier visits.
Project Accounting
- Draft and submit budget proposals; review them when necessary.
- Manage project budgets.
- Determine appropriate revenue and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
- Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, and margins.
Technical Competencies
- Financial Management: Understand Logoplaste’s pricing model and billing procedures; accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and margins.
- Business Development: Identify business development and sales opportunities; convey Logoplaste’s message effectively in discussions.
- Technical Understanding:
- General understanding of rigid plastic packaging development and production.
- Familiarity with Internet, Intranet, and ILab software.
- Deep understanding of ILab capabilities.
- Awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential applications.
- Knowledge of quality management, food contact legislation, logistics, and marketing.
- Communication:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Hold regular status meetings with the project team.
