About the Role

The Project Manager is an execution-focused role within the proposed Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned projects across one or more Bolton Holdings entities. This role serves as the operational backbone of the PMO, translating enterprise-level standards, tools, and processes into consistent, on-the-ground project execution. The Project Manager works closely with Operations Managers, Field Managers, and entity leadership to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company-wide reporting and compliance standards, while supporting a coordinated, family-led leadership structure across the organization.
