Project Manager
About the role
Liquid I.V. is seeking a Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead complex, cross-functional projects from scoping through successful execution and post-evaluation. The ideal candidate should have experience in consumables and expertise in project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Apply project management methodologies, best practices, and standards
- Develop and manage projects including scoping, timelines, milestones, deliverables, meetings, and stage-gate progression
- Influence and drive accountability and results, ensuring On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) execution
- Lead communication with stakeholders, project teams, and steering teams
- Proactively identify, document, manage, and escalate project issues and risks
- Resolve project-related conflicts through negotiation, diplomacy, and involvement
- Conduct project reviews post-key stages and share learnings for future projects
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project execution and scope
- Develop and manage a project tracker, generate weekly project reports, record, and maintain project documentation, and communicate progress to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required
- 7+ years of experience in project management required; experience in CPG/FMCG/manufacturing preferred
- Project Management software experience (Wrike preferred)
- Expertise in leading cross-functional business process projects
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Communicates effectively and manages organizational change
- Time and timeline management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and self-direction capabilities
- Strong capabilities in risk management and contingency planning
- Attention to detail even under pressure

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid environment. Most responsibilities will be handled from the office. Travel: 10% of the time.

Pay
The compensation band for this position is $124,000 - $148,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
