Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing project management policies, procedures, and standards
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Providing guidance and support to product managers and team members
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and effectively addressing issues and risks
• Ensuring that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
• Conducting project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Managing the project management budget and resources

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience managing projects.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence collaboration amongst team members.
• Able to effectively lead others, set and adhere to deadlines, and drive accountability to achieve/exceed project results.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrate a strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SAP; project management software experience required.
