Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking for aerospace programs
• Cross-functional team coordination (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)
• Track project milestones, risks, and action items
• Prepare project status reports for internal and customer reviews
• Support change management, documentation, and configuration control activities
• Affirm adherence to aerospace quality and compliance requirements
• Risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
• Familiarity with aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Working knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Full-time on-site in Goleta, CA
• Must be a US Citizen
