Basic Job Function
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and defined outcomes.
Own project execution from initiation through completion, driving coordination and accountability across all stakeholders.
Develop and manage integrated project plans to support effective execution and cross-functional alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of delivery practices, tools, and team effectiveness.
Accountabilities
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and clarify business and technical requirements, managing expectations and scope.
- Establish trust through transparency, consistency, and accountability.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, structured, and outcome-focused communication that drives alignment, decision-making, and shared accountability.
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Drive execution across workstreams, proactively addressing risks, issues, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost using defined governance and tools.
- Ensure project goals, deliverables, and defined business outcomes/client value are successfully achieved—not just completed.
- Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear ownership, mitigation plans, and timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Related Major, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in project or program management. Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, risk, or financial services industries is preferred; exposure to pre- and/or post-sales environments is a plus.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver client-facing presentations. Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, influence without authority, and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving / Judgment: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions.
- Results Orientation & Ownership: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands. Highly self-motivated. Demonstrates a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and anticipating risks.

- Planning, Organization & Execution: Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, and financials effectively. Ability to balance structured methodology with practical flexibility based on project needs.
- Product & Functional Knowledge: Aptitude to quickly understand and articulate LexisNexis Risk Solutions product set and its application within client environments. Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes and delivery execution.
- Travel: Ability to travel on occasion.
- Technical & Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams required. Experience with workflow diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, SmartDraw). Basic understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and technical delivery concepts is needed for effective client and team engagement. Familiarity with delivery/collaboration tools (e.g., AdaptiveWork, JIRA, SharePoint) is a plus.
Pay
$78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
