About the Role
Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PRM) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical projects supporting mission-critical Government customers. The PRM will oversee the front-end signal collection lifecycle, including identifying signals, collection, processing, and distribution into larger government systems. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Government customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to align priorities.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations through reports and updates.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams for successful delivery.
- Resource Coordination
- Coordinate project resources, assignments, and dependencies for efficient execution.
- Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure responsibilities are clearly defined and aligned with objectives.
- Risk & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage scope and schedule changes using established processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at the time of application.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution (or 4 additional years of project management experience in lieu of a degree).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community or national security missions.
- Experience leading complex technical projects in Government or Department of Defense environments.
Pay
Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00. The range is a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
