Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to define project requirements and objectives
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and specifications
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards and building codes
- Maintain project progress, identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
- Manage change orders and variations, assessing impact on timelines and budgets
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, milestones and potential delays
- Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses, labor costs and material procurement
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure timely material delivery
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize project efficiency without compromising quality
What's Needed
- Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry
- Knowledge of electrical systems, codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Nice-to-haves: experience with Primavera P6, McCormick Estimating, Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $150,000–$170,000
Bonus: Discretionary bonus (typically 5–10% based on company performance and individual merit)
