Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute a strategic project focused on enhancing and expanding an existing application platform.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, within application/software development environments.
• Cook up and track deliverables from third-party vendors, ensuring accountability and successful delivery.
• Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking, progress monitoring, and status reporting.
• Provide regular status updates and effective communication to business and technical stakeholders.
• Cook up and manage multiple workstreams and project resources (10+ individuals).
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues as appropriate.
• Lead vendor-managed software development projects, ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives as needed.
• (Preferred) Bring experience from sports-related organizations or custom application development projects.

Requirements

• Experience in managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and its functionalities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams.
• Experience with project risk management and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of SDLC best practices.
• Experience in sports-related organizations or custom application development projects is a plus.
