About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee 360 campaigns and projects, including Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, and Live Action, throughout their lifecycle. They will manage timelines and budgets, engage with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Act as a point of contact for clients across workstreams in coordination with Account Management
- Schedule and conduct internal and external project kick-offs
- Organize information and develop the creative brief for each title
- Schedule and conduct internal project reviews, as well as distribute notes to the team
- Manage teams through all phases of concepting, creative development and design, QC, and final deliveries
- Create and manage internal and external master project calendars
- Create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables with input from your creative team and Head of Project Management
- Create and track project schedules, production calendars based on client briefs, client feedback, and project status and deliverables trackers with support from Head of Project Management
- Handle internal billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude
Requirements
- You have experience delivering best in class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies (including Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH and Live Action)
- You possess an exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies
- You are experienced in managing quick, nimble, short-term engagements with smaller, more multi-disciplinary teams
- You have a deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles
- You are a collaborative, organized, and motivational project manager
- You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are proactive, resourceful, and professional with good soft skills
- You have exceptional organizational skills
- You have worked in a client-facing capacity previously and feel comfortable doing so
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of project management or production experience in a fast-paced and integrated agency environment

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is $85K-$100K. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
