Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement the project scope and create a detailed work plan.
• Determine project resources and negotiate fee proposals.
• Create a project schedule and review it with senior management.
• Evaluate project objectives and measures at completion.
• Select project team members and provide orientation.
• Execute the project according to the plan and monitor progress.
• Create and maintain project documentation and communication schedules.
• Evaluate project outcomes against planned measures.
• Monitor and approve budgeted expenditures and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in proposal development and marketing efforts.
• Assist in making “Go/No Go” decisions for projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Project Manager does not directly supervise any specific positions but directly supervises the Project Administrator.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience and 3 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience preferred.
