Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement the project scope and create a detailed work plan
- Determine project resources and negotiate fee proposals
- Create a project schedule and review with senior management
- Evaluate project objectives and measures at completion
- Select project team members and provide orientation
- Execute project according to plan and monitor progress
- Update clients and staff on project status
- Evaluate project deliverables for quality and timeliness
- Monitor and approve budgeted expenditures
- Prepare financial reports and cash flow projections
- Create project proposals and assist in RFPs/Oppportunities
- Assist in making “Go/No Go” decisions
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Project Manager does not directly supervise any specific positions but directly supervises the Project Administrator.
Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience and 3 years of engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience
