Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement the project scope and create a detailed work plan.
- Determine project resources and develop a schedule for project completion.
- Evaluate project outcomes against established objectives and measures.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate with clients and internal staff regularly about project status.
- Manage project finances, including approving expenditures and preparing financial reports.
- Assist in proposal development and marketing efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Project Manager does not directly supervise any specific positions but directly supervises the Project Administrator.
Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience and 3 years of experience in an engineering field.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience preferred.
