Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement the project scope and create a detailed work plan.
• Determine project resources and develop a schedule for project completion.
• Evaluate project outcomes against established objectives and measures.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate with clients and internal staff regularly about project status.
• Manage project finances, including approving expenditures and preparing financial reports.
• Assist in proposal development and marketing efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Project Manager does not directly supervise any specific positions but directly supervises the Project Administrator.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience and 3 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience preferred.
