Project Manager

Position Overview

IES Residential is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. This role coordinates with internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from project kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and performance to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules, and expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, schedules, and reports.
• Identify and
