Project Manager

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-organized team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities and be able to organize, plan, and oversee multiple projects of various sizes and complexities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor project budgets and cost control initiatives
- Monitor project schedules and deadlines, working with other departments as needed to meet said dates
- Provide technical oversight and support of projects in process
- Interface with customers and may be asked to develop and execute customer presentations
- Assist in proposal development as needed
- Monitor adherence to all company policies including safety and ISO Standards
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining
- Experience and/or knowledge of machining
- Experience with managing contract manufacturing programs
- Experience in an environment that fabricates custom equipment and industrial machinery
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline is required
