Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders;
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Cook up internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure milestones are met;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions;
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and monitor performance using appropriate tools and systems;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, responding promptly to minimize impact on timelines;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; conduct quality checks on all deliverables;
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, schedules, and change orders; prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality;
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives;
• Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs, final documentation, and post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Lenel Certification (required)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA)

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Additional technical certifications related to security systems or IT integration (e.g., CompTIA, Axis Certified Professional)
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, or intercom systems
• Basic understanding of data center operations or construction environments
