We are looking for a Permanent Project Manager to join our team, bringing their expertise in managing construction projects from conception to completion. Managing construction projects from the ground up, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. 2. Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors to implement these plans. 3. Performing risk management to minimize project risks and implementing safety management protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site. 4. Supervising project sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations. 5. Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project life cycle. 6. Maintaining constant communication with stakeholders, reporting on project progress, and making necessary adjustments to meet project objectives. 7. Ensuring quality control measures are in place and adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on all projects. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager position, candidates should meet the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry. 2. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, healthcare construction projects, and federal construction projects. 3. Solid knowledge of Commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. 4. Strong leadership skills and experience leading and managing teams. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficient in risk and safety management, with a track record of maintaining high safety standards on project sites. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
