Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver quality services on time.
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse solutions, including pallet racking system installation, rack teardown, permit management, etc. ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various teams and departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Must have experience in Warehouse Solutions such as pallet rack installation/teardown, warehouse system design, material handling equipment.
• Proven experience in project coordination, project budgets, vendor management, and warehouse solutions, including warehouse racking.
